Two Day Course 1. Developing and Leading Integrated Children's Centres (2 Day course) Aims of Course: - To identify the key requirements of Children's Centres within the new legal framework for children's services;
- To increase strategic awareness of the professional and personal demands involved in developing and leading multi-professional organisations;
- To engage with other strategic leaders in a critical analysis of integrated service development, with reference to theories and literature about organisational change;
- To identify key organisational challenges in developing integrated services and develop a strategy for managing organisational change.
Three Day Courses 2. BEEL (3 Day Course) A three day training course to develop a rigorous and systematic 18 month setting self-evaluation programme across a setting focussed on children from birth to three years. BEEL can be used to improve workforce qualification. BEEL can also be used as a Quality Assessment. 3. EEL (3 Day Course) A three day course training to develop a rigorous and systematic 18 month setting self-evaluation programme across a setting focussed on children from four to eight years. EEL can be used to improve workforce qualification. EEL can also be used as a Quality Assessment. 4. AcE (3 Day Course) A three day training course to raise awareness of dispositions and attitudes to learning in young children and to improve them across a setting. AcE can also be used to improve workforce qualification.
